How do I purchase online?
The direct TV website appears to be broken. I tried to purchase your service online through multiple different computers, iphone, ipad, and windows 11 laptop. 5-sec Darkened screen

Direct TV Perks Program for Loyal Long term customers
I have been a customer since 2000. I signed up for Perks and was told that there would be some tokens for my long term loyalty, pro-rated. My assigned icon is an Oscar looking man. I did not get any Perks Tokens for being a long term customer. Am I missing something? Comments

Complaint about Cancellation
Been a very good customer for almost 26 years (Since 1/30/1999) and paid over $52,000 in services. I called to cancel yesterday as we have pulled all of our equipment out. Our kids are gone and no need to continue paying almost $300/month. Yesterday was 2 days into the new billing cycle
