AT&T bundle

I have had DIRECTV and Att for ever ! However my internet stopped working Wednesday and ATt says I don’t have an account and DIRECTV says that they don’t have any internet on my account!!! I am positive I have DIRECTV with internet AT&T

How do I purchase online?

The direct TV website appears to be broken. I tried to purchase your service online through multiple different computers, iphone, ipad, and windows 11 laptop. 5-sec Darkened screen
