Looping redirecting when signing into DTV

Hello, I called in on Sunday to have my service disconnected. The rep gave me a confirmation number and said I would receive an email within 24 hours to let me know if i needed to return equipment or not and I have still not received it. I really wish DirecTV/ATT would have an email for issue
