DIRECTV Account

​I Have a DirecTV Account through AT&T. When i go to DirecTV to Watch Online, it accepts my ATT credentials but a message says "We Noticed that your account doesn't include TV service" !!!!​ ​It then automatically logs me out, so i cant even start an online help session !!!​

I have a satellite account and want to know if I can stream on other devices using that account.
