On my DVR receiver, the guide keeps popping up randomly. it's not a functional guide, all it does is obstruct the view. the only way to get it to go away is to bring up the actual guide and exit. but it comes back a few  minutes later. what can i do to fix this? thanks, thomas

Just replaced genie product with two Gemeni boxes connected to Sony tvs via hdmi.
