How do I get a credit to my bill for the espn channels that dropped out on 9/12 and 9/13.

Multihousehold use of DirectTV Stream

I understand you can have 2 devices outside of your home network. It does not address the question though about other household using it.  Could you please be specific that another household (sibling in the same city) can stream simultaneously?  A simple yes or no is what I'm looking for.
