care code 205.2 problems logging in a new device

I’m getting care code 205.2 when trying to log in on a new device. I’m off network but know for certain that I don’t have more than three other devices streaming. Just trying to log onto another Smart (Samsung) TV. I’ve logged onto more than three devices off network but nothing else is streaming

Voice remote does not "HEAR" what is being said

Customer Service is terrible!

Is the only way to get help from DirecTV is to be on hold for over 2 hours and then to be disconnected? I wrote a long 1 star yelp review. They messaged me to connect to facebook.  I did and they were of no help.  Can't wait for my contract to end. And these people stay in business?
