I just got DirecTV and chose the internet access option (small smart dongle that connects to internet and HDMI. I'm setting up tv shows to be recorded. so far if I just do a search with the TV shows name it only gives me options like Apple+ etc. (pay channels) even with the show is available on PBS

Hi! New to stream. Is there anyway to make the backlight on the remote you get with stream to stay on longer?

if you switch from dish to streaming, can you still feed multiple screens, using genies? I like to watch as many as 5 screens at once (for sports). Also, only my one, large screen is a smart tv. The other ones don't allow for internet access. That's why I'm wondering if you can still use the genies.

How do i get a gemini air if i already have service

I have 4 Gemini-air and after 4 hours of shut down I have to log aback onto my wi-fi network, works great before and I can turn off and back on as long as it no longer that 4 hours shut down and I get on the average of 100+ MPS at each location this just started happening? How do I fix it?

I'm told my Gemini box is out of warranty, so ordered a new one, they sent a Gemini Air. Do I disconnect the old box first then install the Gemini Air?
