As the title indicates, when I signed up for TV and Internet service, I was promised $150 in rewards cards.  I received a letter today (and subsequently checked the account rewards online) and only indicated $50 was forthcoming.Who do I talk to about getting the rest?

DECA or Wireless, Not both...expensive mistake...

So I just had my system installed today, and I found out something interesting.  Even though I have both H24 boxes, which the DECA system works great with, apparently the HR24 HDDVR can only utilize either the DECA or the ethernet jack.  This means that if I want to use ON Demand via my cable intern

Question

This is an interesting topic. The blackouts of replays seem to be inconsistent. Most NHL replays, for example, on the RSN's are not blacked out, but 20 year old baseball games on YES or SNY are. I'd bet that U-Verse is following a rigorous set of con

Sports blackouts on non-live sports shows

I've complained about this in the past and was told it was just a fluke or a one-time programming error. Obviously that is NOT the case. Why are non-live sports shows being blacked out? Either someone doesn't know what they're doing or the programming is blacking out everything with a sports team na

I was happy too soon. Contracted installer arrived, without the equipment, and without the knowledge. He didn't understand the concept of the client/server, but was very friendly. I guess I will wait for DirecTV to call me.

HR34 Order Placed, but, am SURE they have it wrong...

Someone sanity check me here. I'm coming back to DirecTV after more than a decade away. I've had FITS getting this order placed. I have 3 HDTV's. I have successfully gotten the HMC (HR34) ordered for my new account. I requested that I have the capability to add 2 more HDTV's as clients off the HMC.
