In June of 2020 i had a 3rd tv installed. The installer drilled a hole in the floor 5 inches from the wall through the carpet to run the wire. Charged Late Payment Fee on a $0.05 bill

I was charged a $9.00 late payment fee on a bill that is $0.05 (5 cents). If BIG ATT is that conerned about 5 cents then they don't need me as a customer. Cancel my account.

My picture is jumping around as if I have a bad signal or its raining or something.  Its a clear night with no wind. All conections are tight and nothing has been changed since it was installed a year ago. I have had this DVR reciever since 03' or 04'.  Signal test shows 95% on both recievers.

Bad u-verse receiver
