Went to ups store they scanned the equipment gave my account number which was also in the letter sent to me it does not register so ups cannot return i also had a bill with my account number on it . Any suggestions

Getting rid of an old satellite dish

Hello, We just bought a house in Ann Arbor and there is an old Direct TV satellite dish in the backyard. I called DirectTV and they do not come an pick up old equipment (which is shameful).  Can anyone recommend the best way to get rid if this dish?

DIRECTV APP Available on All Smart TVs OR only Samsung Smart TV. Don't need TV Box if i have Smart TV.

What’s the general feedback on the new Gemini unit? I’ve been told I'm eligible for it, but I’m hesitant about being an early adopter. Another concern is that it would tie me into a 1-year contract, which I don’t have with my current account. What do you all think?

TV shuts off after exactly 15 minutes...

TV shuts off after exactly 15 minutes, but it only happens when watching directv. Does not happen if watching appleTV through the same AV receiver as directv or if streaming directly through TV.  I've checked auto off/sleep timeres etc.

Gemini with Harmony Elite

Looking for the correct setting for my Harmony Elite remote control to work with Gemini??? The " DTV stream box" setting doesn't work correctly and leaves a lot to be desired...Anyone have any luck setting up a Harmony with the Gemini receiver???

My Gemini does not have audio or video

Turned system on this morning and could not get any audio or video. Guide and everything else shows but no video or sound.  Tried o do a reset but no change.  Ran a system test and it said "OK"

Gemini Remote

The Gemini remote is unable to turn off my TV. Despite trying all the codes for my TV brand, the issue persists. All other functions are operational, including turning on the TV; however, turning it off remains a problem.
