App sound

Why does the app always start with sound disabled? If I'm starting the app, it's because I want to watch TV.  On my phone and tablet, I have to turn the sound on after I open the app and select something to watch.

Full show not recording

Several of my series recordings that end right at the end of the hour or half hour are getting cut off one or two minutes before the show is actually over. This results in me missing the end of each show. It's very frustrating. How can this be fixed?

No Dallas Mavericks on Directv Stream!

Why!? The Mavericks have moved this year to KFAA channel 29.   It’s available for satellite dish customers but not me the stream customer.  Please fix this!

Picture quality

When I switch to regular antenna TV I get a better, more colorful 4k picture. My Gemini Air produces a almost faded, washed picture. I've gotten the Gemini replaced but still the same results.

I understand that 3 streams can be accessed out of the home network (if one of the 3 is mobile), but it’s unclear if that’s in addition to the home device or not.
