Recording stops at 31 episodes

I paid the extra$ to get Unlimited recordings. Recently, Paramount had a Yellowstone marathon that I set to record. It recorded 31 episodes and then dropped off the oldest one for each new one that came along. So I only got 31 of the 47 episodes. Is this a thing? Did I miss the fine print? Does anyo

free HBO until May 31 2020

I received message that I had free HBO until the end of May. Went to the channels and I don't get them, so I called and because I have older equipment my HBO channels are in the 500's not 1500. I've been with them for 18years and because I won't upgrade the won't honor the message they sent to me.

DTVs extra channels for Covid-19 expired on July 31 all channels returned to their normal package.

Why do channels I used to get now come with a 721 message.

Channels that I used to get are giving me the message that it's not purchased. In one instance I taped shows from that channel yesterday. What's the deal? It's happened twice now.

Flash doesn't end until Dec 31 and AT&T says they will have a replacement by then.

I have both AT&T U-verse internet and DirecTV but when I login to my AT&T account it just goes to my DirecTV account so what do I have to do to have one AT&T account for both my AT&T U-verse internet and DirecTV.

Just checked and it is not fixed for me. Guide still only goes to October 31 at 5 PM.

Correction, the 11 HD list is all set top box icons, not live. Still only 31 viewable channels on 200 package.

Just got the new app on mar 2, 2024 for my Houston Uverse account. There are several things I could do on the old app that I haven’t figured out how on the new app. I’ll just name one for now. When looking at the guide to see what is on, there are several channels missing. Example

I recently canceled all my service with Direct TV after they decided it was ok to take away all of the channels I watched. The rep said I would have to pay and additional $60 a month to get them back. Then left me on hold for 30 minutes after I said I wanted to cancel. 3 weeks later I called back
