Accuweather 361 not working - get 771 error but other channels all work

Consistently repeated recording of at least 5-6 unrequested shows. As I delete, more appear (i.e. may reflect “2 unwatched of 2”on each set appearing!). This AM I’m at 30 minutes and counting! I’ve gone into “recording manager” and the shows are not reflected there. Next, I checked “series manager”

On channels 38 and 53 I am no longer receiving my local programming,instead I am seeing metv . The guide and the banner at the top of the screen are correct but the programming is metv and not the correct programming . We reset the main genie box but nothing happened. Any suggestions

Picture flashes off and on

TV flashes on and off only on 1 channel(13) KERA, which is the PBS affiliate. Why is this happening? Is it DIRECTV or KERA

I paid my bill, received a confirmation email and everything. 24 hours later my service has been interrupted. How is that possible? I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years, I have never experienced something this frustrating. Any help or advice with this issue would be much appreciated.  

Often goes to a snowy pic when changing channels on DirecTv, HR44/500 receiver, (using HDMI).  Found that changing to a different HDMI input on the TV (Sharp) then back to Directv fixes the problem.  Seems to be related to the HDMI handshake between the TV and the DirecTv receiver.
