Watching DIRECTV

I am trying to find out how many devices are using my account and where they are.  My tv is NEVER on the channel I watched when I turn it off.

Several days ago the Direct TV app stopped working on all our devices. We tried reinstalling the APP, restarting the Direct TV box and our internet. We spent 2 hours on the phone with 4 different people with the result being a ticket would be created. A few hours ago we received an email telling us

Before I could just push list and they would all be right there organized so I could choose what I wanted to watch. Now I press List and I get a screen saying All Recordings here but they're not. I have a DirecTV receiver connected to my LG smart TV via HDMI cable. I also have an X-Box connected to my tv via HDMI cable.  I’ve been using both for years with out any problems.  All of a sudden the sound went out on my DirecTV.   I thought it was my TV, but the sound for my X-Box

Hello, Every time I turn on my tv, the DIRECTV receiver turned on for 30 seconds then turns off, It does it randomly and it turns off after “Running receiver self check”.

Constant buffering

I changed out my tv and hooked up to HDMI 1, then HDMI 2. the tv comes on for a few seconds then shuts off. both the TV and the Cable box are both on.  how do I get it to stay on?

Remote not working properly. Purchased new univeral remote, entered TV code off list w new remote and on off volume all work. On list for digital tuners many listings including Dish Network and Echostar but nothing for DirecTV.  Maybe need the manufacturer of the HR24-500. Anyone know who made
