Watching DIRECTV

My DVR recordings are cutting off the final 20 minutes. If it's a 1 hour show, when I get to the 40 minute mark it brings up the question if I want to keep or delete, what you typically see at end of a recording. Is this a known issue? Any way to fix? Thanks

I can’t log back into my direct tv app on my phone. I can access the browser but not the app.  I love reset my password several times and has not fixed the issue 

I have Directv streaming with a C71KW-400 receiver. Is there a way to use my phone as a remote? Can I do so remotely via VPN?  This is for my father, who has a hard time operating the remote on his own.
