I still cannot reach anyone for a service call
2 weeks now and still cannot reach anyone for a service call. One time I was able to reach "chat" and problem was not resolved, he said if it does not cure a service call is needed. Chat, phone agents and emails are busy. Any suggestions? Why does ATT/DirectTV have a call back or email system?

Would the whole house system work better if I use a solid ethernet cable vs. the wireless adapter?
I was using the beta trial for the multi-room and found that the HD broadcasts that wwere saved on my dvr would freeze constantly, adversely, the standatd broadcasts played rather without a hiccup.Would the use of a an ethernet cable cure the HD problems???

The HR22 sholud come with a RF remote (look on back of remote for FCC sticker). If so, converting DVR and remote to RF is a permanent cure and you can remove the tape.

Fast Forward/Reverse sticks.
On both TVs and both recievers, all remotes, intermittently, the fast forward/fast reverse sticks. The pause button won't stop it. The banner at the bottom doesn't move, but the program moves swiftly. The only cure is to shut the tv off and back on again. Any help would be appreciated. Ray A.

Same issue here. I am in Florida in the winter and Maine for a few months, in the summer. As a Rays fan, the cure for it is to subscribe to MLB TV and watch the Rays as an "Out of Market Team", while in Maine, in the summer.

My Home Gateway is constantly resetting.
My gateway resets itself once or twice a day. When it does I lose all services for a period of time. Any thing I am recording is missing a chunk of the show. It is very frustrating and have called before with no cure offered. I am hoping to get this fixed I like uverse but may have to look at so

How to start dvr recordings on time, not early

Take a look at your power inserter. If it is wired in such a way that the streamed program travels through the power inserter on the way to the receiver that may be your problems (see pic on left). The cure for this problem involves rerouting

System rebooting daily while watching wireless set-top
A very peculiar situation. The ISB7005 reboots and it's happened every day this week early morning after starting a recorded program. Afterwards everything works normally until the following morning. The gateway was recently factory reset after receiving a new firmware update.
