DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

I changed my billing address to Idaho last month and DTVS took my payment with no problem. Now been 60 days and my location is still stuck in Texas. I've confirmed that the "Location" switch is on and I've restarted the units.  No Joy!!! Anyone know where the documentation is hidden?
