DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

I record On Patrol First Shift (1 hour) and On Patrol (3 hours) every Friday and Saturday night The first one cannot be found, but the second ,a 3 hour show, are all there.  The recording is still set. But, the series cannot be found. They are usually side by as one preceeds the other.

I recently installed a DirecTV Streaming using a Gemini Air on a Hisense TV.  I attached the Gemini Air to HDMI 1 port on the TV.   The picture does not have the correct aspect ratio - the picture is stretched top to bottom.  How do I get the correct aspect ratio?

Using Directv Genie Hisense TV and Yamaha RX-A880. When I increase volume using the Directv remote it runs away...I mean after I release the toggle to stop increasing it goes WAY TOO HIGH. When I turn off CRC then it won't do anything. TV is using HDMI3 and audio is using fiber optic port.
