No Dolby Digital from the Gemini Air

App for AppleTv is not working

The app on my Apple TV device stopped working a week ago. I've deleted it; restarted everything multiple times and when I go to the App Store to download it, again, it will not load.  Is anyone else having this issue?  I also called Apple, but ATT is the app developer, so they cannot help
