Is there a Santa Tracker this year? If so, does anyone know what channel or when it starts if it has not started yet.

Two weeks ago, AMC + on demand was completely missing from the channel grid and I was unable to access it. I called tech support and they couldn't figure it out, but it reappeared a couple of days later. Now, when I try to access it, I get a message that it's currently unavailable. What's going on?

I was over charged 198.00 for service visits that never happened. I called, chatted a dozen times and was promised a refund -and the refund has never shown up on my account.

I have had Direct TV for 25 years. This is just ludicrous that you have taken a mayor TV station away from your customers. If it does not return I am going to have to switch companies, Gregory
