When I sign in all I get is a black screen on the app. Worked yesterday.   Felted app and downloaded again and the same. My wife said that she was kicked out and had to sign in again and she gets the black screen. Anyone else having the same with app?

I've received conflicting info verbally from 4 agents on deleting content on the app. Does anyone out there have a satellite subscription to DTV with set top boxes and not able to delete content in the app's My Library? My setup has the Genie in my Living Room and a Genie Mini in the Master Bedroom.

The Directv app for my satellite service disappeared on my Samsung Smart TV. I tried reinstalling it, but the only option that comes up is for the streaming app. I tried going to Google to download, but it said it could not be accessed from that device. How do I get my app back?
