I am streaming Durect tv. Several times i have set programs to record only to have the recording stop prior to recording the full program. This has happened mostly with sports programs with extended play times. Very frustrating to miss the crutial play after watching two and a half hrs of play.&nbs

I missed the very end of the Lakers versus Bulls game tonight. This Auto extend so-called feature fools you into thinking you're going to record the entire game. Why am I paying for such an expensive service when it fails? The only reason why I even got DirecTV stream is for these basketball games.

We had many recordings before profiles were added. After profiles were added, all of the library recordings were all in a single profile. How can I move library recordings from one profile to a different profile?

Every game I've recorded today and it was happening on at least some games last week, the recording does not autoextend. Anybody else having this issue?  I can't imagine that it would be just something wrong with my device, since the recording isn't on the device, it's in the cloud.  Gemi
